Different stages of a woman’s life bring different health challenges. Our goal is to empower women with knowledge, guidance and exercises needed for them to meet each challenge.
Women must prepare for, live through and recover from the effects of puberty, pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes and eventually menopause. Restoring the core is an important part in the post- partum phase to minimize future problems. At any stage in life, it is never too late to start retraining your core.

Initially, an assessment is completed to determine your specific concerns and needs. Your physiotherapist will then design a program that is specific to your needs. Treatment for the condition mentioned, have been shown to be very successful
